Summer 2023 Events

  • July 1st,  Van Wagner.  Van is a wonderful vocalist/guitarist.  His music has been featured on the History Channel, WVIA tv, Country Music Television (CMT), and in several film productions.  He has released 31 original albums and published a book entitle “Coal Dust Rust and Saw Dust.”  His music and programs not only entertain but inspire audiences to become involved in learning more.
  • July 8th, Raven Creek.  Raven Creek has been appearing at the Grove for decades and we are thrilled to have them back.
  • July 15th, Jessie & Friends.  You asked for Jessie & Friends to come back earlier in the season.  “We Are Listening!”
  • July 22nd, Freedom Calls.  Normally a full praise/worship band, they will be appearing as an acoustic duo featuring Mandy Yaple and Chris Barnes.
  • August 12th, Catawissa Military Band.  This Big Band favorite has also been to the Grove for decades.
  • August 19th, Cadillac Cats.  New this year, plan to attend and enjoy some good old blues.
  • August 26th, Bret Alexander.  Bret is a wonderful vocalist/guitarist.  If you remember the Badlees, you will remember Bret; they were inducted into the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall Of Fame in July 2021. The Badlees released its latest, self-titled album in December 2022.  Bret’s solo act is sure to be a hit.
  • September 2nd, Hymn Sing.  Gary DeSanto (song leader) and Brenda Nighbert (pianist) are thrilled to offer this night, inspired by requests from those in attendance.
