If you have incurred a reimbursable expense, you can use this online form to submit your request for reimbursement and attach your receipt. If you login to our online portal, your personal information will be filled out automatically.

Change Approval Application
Utilize this application prior to repairs or modifications which will change the exterior appearance of a cottage or garage. Work should not begin until a permit is received. Work description should be detailed including colors and be accompanied by a drawing where applicable. No one shall alter, make additions to, or change the exterior appearance of a cottage, including painting, without a written request to the Board of Trustees and receipt of a written Change Approval Document. Normal maintenance and repairs which do not alter the appearance of the cottage need no formal permissions.  Notification should be made to the Board of Trustees for both internal and external renovations or repairs that could have an impact on other cottages (foundational, electrical, replumbing, etc.).  When using a licensed contractor, their insurance information and contractor license number should be included with the notification. Sign-in to the Patterson Grove Online Portal
Our online portal allows cottageholders to access contact information for other cottageholders as well as meeting minutes and other documents.  In the future we will likely begin to leverage more of the functionality available to us from One Church software.

TO GET STARTED with the portal:
1. Go to: pattersongrove.onechurchsoftware.com
2. Select ‘Register’
3. Input the email address the Grove has on file for you (if you set up an account with an email address not on file you will be able to create an account…you just won’t be able to see any information)

You will get an automated email allowing you to set your password.  You can then login and get access to information.  You can also update your own information there.  

GET THE APP!
After you have an account, go get the mobile app!  Search your phone’s app store for ‘My One Church’ and install it.  Then use the zipcode search and search for 18655 and select Patterson Grove.  You’ll then have all of this information handy all the time.  

NOTE: Only leaseholders have access to the content you will find here.  Others can create accounts and we may eventually have information of interest to them, but currently there is no content in the portal for non-cottageholders.  We do hope to use this to build out our community of Patterson Grove family and friends over time!
