Rates & Fees
Reservations are required. Rooms are available for rent throughout the summer season, approximately Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Apart from campmeeting, a two-night minimum is required for a single room rental. Each reservation is also charged a standard cleaning fee of $20. Discounts may be available for rental of all rooms in the Boarding Hall, subject to review and negotiation. Payment in advance is REQUIRED. Single Occupancy Room: $35
Double (or more) Occupancy Room: $45
* 10% discount available on stays of 7-nights or more

+Cottageholders who make reservations will receive a 10% discount off the room rate
++Payment at least 7 days in advance of arrival, and in full, is also required.
+++No refunds will be given for stays cancelled within 48-hours of anticipated arrival. Stays with a total cost of $250 or more require a 50% minimum deposit at time of reservation
Available Rooms
Throughout the season, Patterson Grove makes available four rooms for easy reservation. Should you need a room and none is available or you need more rooms than are available at a particular time, please send an inquiry to trustees@pattersongrove.org. We are happy to consider accommodating you if space and resources allow.
