Rates & Fees
Reservations are required. Rooms are available for rent throughout the summer season, approximately Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Each reservation is charged a standard cleaning fee of $20, regardless of the length of stay. Discounts may be available for rental of all rooms in the Boarding Hall, subject to review and negotiation. Payment in advance is REQUIRED. Nightly Rates
Single Occupancy Room: $35
Double (or more) Occupancy Room: $45
* 10% discount available on stays of 7-nights or more (no more than one discount per reservation)
**Rates do not include a $20 cleaning fee per stay
+Cottageholders who make/pay for reservations will receive a 10% discount off the room rate (no more than one discount per reservation)
++Payment at least 7 days in advance of arrival, and in full, is also required.
+++No refunds will be given for stays cancelled within 48-hours of anticipated arrival. Stays with a total cost of $250 or more require a 50% minimum deposit at time of reservation
Rules of Note
Check in time is after 2PM and before 7PM. Check out time is 11AM.
Quiet hours on the grounds are from 11PM to 7AM
You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation
No alcohol is permitted on the grounds
No smoking is permitted in our buildings or on our porches
No pets
Available Rooms
Throughout the season, Patterson Grove makes available guest rooms for reservation. Should you need a room and none is available or you need more rooms than are available at a particular time, please send an inquiry to info@pattersongrove.org. We are happy to consider accommodating you if space and resources allow.
