We are now accepting bids for cottage 15. The bid acceptance process will conclude on Wednesday, July 29 at 11:59PM.  All bids must be received by this time for full consideration. Use of our online form is encouraged however bids by mail will be accepted if received in time. Bids in writing may also be given to Carrie Rampp, Trustee Chair, cottage #55.

The cottage will be open for showings and as well available for showings by appointment.  

Planned showing dates/times:

• Saturday, July 4, 2-4PM
• Saturday July 11, 2-4PM
• Campmeeting showing dates/times will be announced closer to campmeeting

The winning bidder must:

• affirm that they are either a current cottageholder or if not a current cottageholder, would be able to secure a letter from their church and meet for an interview very soon after the closed bid process ends.
• pay their bid amount, in full, at the time of transfer/interview (if applicable)
• make the cottage fully usable and occupy it as described in the lease, no later than campmeeting 2027.

Should the bidder not be able to pay in full or not be able to successfully complete an interview with the Trustees, the Trustees will consider the next qualified bidder until the sale is concluded.
